Associating Email?

Hello folks. I am new to the boards, not new to shareaza.
Shareaza has crashed on me a few times and The program generates a "Bug Report"
I click submit and get an error "Can't send error report to server"
Somewhere along the way I got a message that there wasn't an email "Program"? Associated with Shareaza.
I Use Comcast for my email. I do not have an "Outside" program like "Outlook"?
Is this something I will "Have to Have"? to be able to send Bug reports?
