Ryo, have you ever thought about adding FlashGot to our installer? Then we could offer optional Firefox integration from within our installer, too.

Also, it might be rewarding to add Shareaza to the list of available build-in download managers supported by FlashGot.

Shareaza opens a custom protocols links perfectly without any integration. What Shareaza should do as Firefox's extension?

Replace the firefox download manager like it does in IE.

Are you sure that Shareaza has a well-worked HTTP protocol?

It might be rough on the edges, but it always seemed to work to me. If it does not, how about upgrading it? Multiple connections to one server might especially be a cool feature to boost download speed when sucking data from servers with a per connection speed limit.
