How to manage .iso files ( Win8-64 )

Postby queueclimber » 22 Nov 2012 22:23

Just updated to win8-64
But can´t install Alcohol 120% Win7 Retail anymore.
It would be glad for some other programs, espsceially creating protected DVD-iso
But mounting protected DVD-iso is enough.
For creating, XP SP3 is installed on another partition.

BTW,

First, waiting slowly. But then starting for waiting faster.
Sometimes I'm thinking. But sometimes: it's thinking me.

Why can't you install it anymore?

Is this only a graphical problem or did you loose your download progress?

It seems to be a mix of both of them.
There are data in .partital.
But the parts were downloaded again.

There´s a Win8-Messagebox

There´s an Issue with this program

and a CLOSE-Button.

OD: Shouldn't we split the threat ?

No, we shouldn't split up the thread.

As for Alcohol 120%, you will have to ask for support in their forums. We're not acquainted well enough with the software to help you with that issue...

As for Shareaza, would you mind explaining what were the steps you took to migrate Shareaza over to your new operating system? It is of special importance that the folder path does not change when moving our program to an other system.

No, it's not.
This is the Lounge and I have the right, ... no, the wrong term
It is intend, to talk about everything in the Lounge,
even why socks and cars must stink, but money not. :D
I'm completely out of clue, why it won't install.
I know the Forum and I know you professionals
( Yes, I know, you spent your free time without get paying )
won't help out.
But just waiting for a hint from someone, to get a solution
to solve the problem.
Also, two things in one thread might screw up my mind.

One thing is for the lounge, the other maybe for
Help, ( which is not needed, because I know what to do ) or
Bugs ( which is maybe not a bug )

The Titel is also misbelieving.
Who will ever find again ?
So I see good reasons for splitting the thread !

Back to NON-topic:

Did a clean install. Formatting drive C:\
Installing a fresh Win8
Installing CCleaner.
Installing some Apps for the App
Compiling r9251, going with the trunk
Uninstall old ones, installing new revs, reboot, import .reg for settings
First, waiting slowly. But then starting for waiting faster.
Sometimes I'm thinking. But sometimes: it's thinking me.

Found a solution !
Was going to the next store and buy a magazine.
Found some Daemon-Tools and a Virtual-Box.
Now everything is working well.

OD: Once, when the Lounge was mine, I did would split up the threads.
