I've updated the file (deleted non-working ones & added new ones).

Could somebody check whether there are some caches that should be added to the ban list before submitting this file (e.g. those caches that mix networks or show similar misbehavior (FTWebCache?))?

Hi old_death, found the post a bit late, but the FTcaches do contribute to cache pollution. I've made some other revisions as well.

Another minimal optimization

Added blocked caches that have been removed again...

Even if the caches and their sites don't work anymore, they should stay blocked...

Hopefully last update...
