Import from hosted apps Trac to Source Forge's Tickets and Wiki

It was implemented!

So I converted Trac tickets to SF tickets. Please test it. New tickets can be created in SF tickets only.

Trac wiki also will be imported to SF wiki but first attempt to do that was incomplete and ended with some errors (SF team notified).

Nice. I hope they will improve the look and feel of that page in the future though...
