[BUG] File download with same name gets lost

ok, first post so please add comment if you feel like i can improve reporting.

I use Shareaza Release 2.5.1.1 x64 (r8422 20091229)

I downloaded several .txt files with the same name but with different sizes. In my download map only the first arrives, shareaza reports the others as downloaded but they are gone (or overwrote the first)
