When you have some rare files in your download list and there is no transfer you conclude there is no reachable source for those downloads in the connected network which is a reasonable conclusion.
But if you do a manual search for those filesm suddenly those downloads get new sources and start downloading.
I exprienced this happening many times which shows auto search which happens once a minute by default is not efficient.

But what exactly is the difference between an auto-search and a manual search (behind the scenes)? Do you mean manually searching by hash or do you mean manually searching by name and accidentally finding sources for your original file?

I don't know the differece. The code should be studied.

I meant searching by name but I think searching by hash has the same result.
