querying too many addresses bug

if you access the "discovery tab" and right click (query) a lot of the addresses and select Query Now to enough of them it stops querying. For example it gets to the stage where you click query service and nothing will happen. When this happens the Discovery tab and the host chace tab can not be accessed by pressing F8 or F9.
You also have a problem when you go to close Shareaza when this happens. It Gets stuck on closing server processes. Have to ALT+CTRL+DEL and close the process Shareaza.exe.

To reproduce this bug open shareaza and query as many addresses as you can until it stops working properly.

This problem is on Windows Vista SP2 and Shareaza 2.4.0.0.

Could you download 2.4.0.4 (or release or debug) and check if this problem is still there? It is probable it has been solved already. Thx in advance.

I had the same problem in 2.4.0.0, havent tried yet in .4, but i will asap.

Though one way I noticed to get around the issue was waiting for the webcaches to update on the list(2 flashes of the text) before querying the next one. Going to another before the previous had completed seemed to cause that.

Ah that explains why all of my files were set to 0% lol.. O well, none were too important :)

Testing it now

Unable to reproduce this in 2.4.0.4. The queries seem to respond quicker and not lock up. Also on shutting shareaza down, there is no hang on closing server processes.

This bug seems to be gone
