[BUG] BitTorrent: number of connections

I set the number of BitTorrent client connections to 10, and the file I'm downloading now has 20 downloading connections, 90 choked connections and almost 20 requesting connections. My bandwidth is maxed out a long time ago, it looks like a lot of resources being wasted.

And I hate those connections downloading at 40 B/s. I with there was a way to automatically forget them.
