Seems that it has been fixed... Any idea what was the revision of the fix? r8609?

Bug report reopened, as the plugins still don't show on a limited user account. See picture linked to from reopening comment on trac.

Get ProcessMonitor and find whats wrong with plugin registration under your user account.

Are you sure those DLLs are failures? Isn't it perfectly normal to check the install directory for a DLL and then if a custom DLL is not found check for a shared version of it? Besides, I doubt Shareaza would run at all if it really failed at loading Windows system libraries.

What is more problematic though are the failures to write and access temporary files to the disk on several places...
