Over Upload

My upload limit is 64 Kbit/s by ISP and also in Shareaza settings and this graph is not scaled down. You see upload is more than limit.

Shareaza has never respected these limits. The bug is well known, but hasn't been fixed for a long time due to the complexity of the problem...

There are two problems. One is that it doesn't monitor correctly and second is that it doesn't limit the bandwidth correctly.
