Merge with local file and verify no longer works.

Merge with local file and verify, in the download file properties actions tab, no longer does anything. I attempted to import a part file from emule with it as I have done many times before and there was no progress bar shown and the file did not get merged.

I'm running Shareaza 2.5.3.1 Release x64 r8795 on Windows 7 Pro x64.

This will need to be verified on the current x86 build.

Maybe you could do an other test: download a file 50%, close Shareaza, remove the .partial file from the incompletes folder, restart Shareaza and try to merge the download (which should now be at 0% again). Does that work?

And the import eMule partials in tools? Does that work? Doesn't merge require the correct file extension?

Importing emule partial files in this way has always worked in the past. I don't trust the emule import tool. It tends to have trouble importing large files. I'll see if I can do some tests and post what I find.

Merging an emule part file works if I change the file extension to match the file I'm merging to.

That was my experience as well. Maybe the extension check could be removed. If the user wants to merge a video file into a text file of the exact same size... he probably has a reason. The size check should be enough to stop actual user errors from being a problem.

How about a simple warning dialog?
