CacaoWeb Safe to Use?

To eliminate time restrictions watching streaming videos, a Firefox add-on called CacaoWeb is available that claims to remove ads and time limits, but it seems to be a P2P application (I think), and I'm wondering if it will interfere with Shareaza before I download it. Anyone have any experience with this CacaoWeb player?

as long as it does not use the same port number or installation directory as shareaza you can install as many P2P applications as you want.
