Downloads Available That Aren't

Greetings;

Okay so I do a search for an artist. The search reveals 489 results. There are a few that have multiple users with the same song.

I click on a user that has the song I want and nothing, it is so frustrating trying to download from someone who doesn't share, or are no longer on line but their songs still show up.

Is there a way that the developers can fix this problem, first if a person does not share their media information, why do they show up in the search. Obviously if the person is not willing to share their folders for viewing then they do not allow uploads as well. So why is it that we can still see what they have leaving us with the impression that we can download, when the reality is we can't.

If I had a nickel for every download I attempted that did not even start, I could go to the websites that sell them and buy them outright.

There are many reasons why file is unavailable at current time, some cases are temporary (for example user just power off his computer and go to dinner but he will return after 30 minutes) but other are critical (for example you and user are both firewalled, Shareaza cannot provide firewall-firewall data channel). So keep going and good luck!
