If you select more than one country, use this baby with the output:
http://www.bluetack.co.uk/converter/Select "Merge adjacent ranges" in "List Cleaning". It can sometimes cut the number of rules in half.

I've tried this with Honk Kong.
Copied the output to a plain .txt file, named hk.xml, trying to import to rules.
The very fine error is: Error
Stuck.

hello, i´m from portugal and i think that common people don´t know how to solve this problem.... so...
i made a list of servers from the well known Asian problem...
just go to shareaza security (F7) and select import....and add this file that i attach... just.. rename it to .xml

A foxy hub isn't very welcome since it doesn't play nicely with G2. That's what most East Asian sources are.
