My library is open to all and is regularly used by users for uploading - as I understand it this is what is good and wanted by Shareaza.
However many users who are uploading from my library ( mainly US origin ) are not allowing other users to browse their files.
Surely this is not right. Is the answer to ban them - or to try to chat to ask why they wish such a one-sided relationship which seems to ignore the essence of Shareaza?

maybe they are downloading super illegal content and dont want to get caught, you may have heard about NSA crackdowns, im sure it will pass and people will share again

I have another question, if I find something in someones files that I want, why when I try to download it - it doesnt download, it starts looking for other soursces - okay I get that, but if it doesn't find others or finds 6 of them, why doesn't it download the file? my settings might be messed up

when you find the file you looked for make sure you set the pointer of the mouse on that file a hint/notification window goving you information about that file should appears

something like this in the bottom of middle that small window: " X upload slot, Y waiting in queue" where X is the number of persons currently downloading from this source (not sure about this point) and Y is the number of persons waiting to download because the source has reached it sending limit.

"why doesn't it download the file?" may be you was in a long queue it good to check how many clients are in the queue before launching a download
