Hello everybody,

This evening I used Shareaza, and of course new spam results pop up.
So I switched to the security tab, copied one of the regular expressions and edited the copy to match and filter the new spam results.

I decided to share the new filters. It's allowed(/ goal is ;) ) to add it to the next All-in one AntiSpam Filter of Cyko.

NOTE: THE FILTER ENTRIES OF THE ALL-IN ONE ANTI-SPAM FILTER OF CYKO ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS FILE!

Addition of 30 Mar 2010:
New rules only: MAGNET: All-In-One AntiSpam Filter Addition Only New [Mar-30-2010] {By RVS}
Old Addition with new rules merged: MAGNET: All-In-One AntiSpam Filter Addition Merged [Mar-30-2010] {By RVS}

In case when the magnet links don't have any sources:
HTTP: All-In-One AntiSpam Filter Addition Only New [Mar-30-2010] {By RVS}
HTTP: All-In-One AntiSpam Filter Addition Merged [Mar-30-2010] {By RVS}

Addition of 21 Dec 2009:
MAGNET: All-In-One AntiSpam Filter Addition Merged [Dec-21-2009] {By RVS}

In case when the magnet link don't have any sources:
HTTPS:HTTPS 60sec
HTTP:HTTP 50 sec

thanks RVS! these filters look great. I will add them to next release (provided they are still getting hits at that point)

Updated version: 30-Mar-2010

EDIT: You can find the download links in the first post!

Note: The reason why I made the rules for blocking *.qt and *.mov files, is because they support also like wma/wmv scripting in their media player. (For example, they can open via their media player a (fraudulent) web page in your internet browser, and can do more that sort of "nice" things).
It's just an option to make your system more secure.

I am totally new about all this, so I post new effective AntiSpam filters as they are written in the "Add Security rule box" in the security tab.
It is four rules that you can copy and paste:

Rule1: ^(Donkey CUM ).*$
Commet: OwlTime: Blocks Donkey CUM <searchterms>

Rule2: ^(XXX PORNO ).*$
Commet: OwlTime: Blocks XXX PORNO <searchterms>

Rule3: ^(Anime ver ).*$
Commet: OwlTime: Blocks Anime ver <searchterms>

Rule4: ^(hot new track\.mp3)$
Commet: OwlTime: Blocks <searchterms> hot new track.mp3

As I can see when brackets and stuff are used it gets more complicated that I can handle :shock: so I leave that to you know this well 8-)
Question: How do I write a general rule that blocks torrent extensions?

And thx for the extension, RoestVrijStaal, it block a lot.
