[REQUEST] Per-slot upload on torrents far less than optimal.

I've been observing what has happened with torrent uploads with multiple torrents active. The number of upload slots that open cause bandwidth per-slot to drop below 1kbyte/sec.

Optimal speed is 3-5kbyte/sec per slot.

The problem quickly compounds when running more than one torrent at a time.
