I'm in the process of rebuilding the All-In-One AntiSpam Filter from the ground up, and I plan on releasing it as an XML and a DefaultSecurity.dat if I can manage it. A lot of it will be corporate ranges and business ISP's that are either confirmed or suspected hostiles. This is gonna take me a while and I just started working on this today, but it's going to be very nice when it's done.
