Can you provide this torrent for testing?

It's managed to get 77.77 MB now, and it's uploaded 1.22 MB. Both numbers are much lower than they should be after this long, and I'm still seeing the "unknown file" notices frequently in the network log. This is very strange. Apparently it's an "unknown file" most, but not all, of the times peers request a chunk.
