Port > Random keeps turning off

After numerous attempts to tell Shareaza to only listen to a single port, and unticking the random box. Shareaza constantly changes the settings to Random, disconnects and then reconnects with a random port. I've tried numerous ports now to no avail, can someone please help.

Assuming you have configured Internet->Connection well, you can try to set from automatic(Adress) to the dropdown-IP.
At least you can try a bleeding edge.

I believe I have everything setup correctly (see attachment).
I also tried the latest one you suggested and keep getting the same result, no matter what port I choose and some stage it will disconnect > choose a random port > and reconnect. This is getting very frustrating.

You set private IP (192.168.0.x is a class C private network) as real IP, you must set "Automatic".
