PLEASE HELP! I REALLY NEED SERIOUS HELP WITH MY SHAREAZA! I JUST PURCHASED THIS HP LAPTOP WIT WINDOWS 7 ABOUT TWO WEEKS AGO. BEFORE THEN I HAD A WINDOWS VISTA,AND HAD STARTED USING SHAREAZA WITH NO PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER! BUT NOW AS SOON AS I BOUGHT THIS PC I WASNT AS LUCKY WITH SHAREAZA AS BEFORE,HENCE MY PROBLEM: OK HERES THE DEAL,I INSTALLED SHAREAZA ON MARCH 17 AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE AND DANDY BUT JUST LAST WEEK I STARTED WANTING TO DOWNLOAD AND NOTICED THAT MY SHAREAZA HOME WAS BLANK,ALL BUT THE BLUE COLOR ON THE LEFT SIDE WAS GONE!I RIGHT CLICK ANTWHERE AND MENU OPTIONS POP UP ,IVE CLICKED ON TRANSFERS AND SEE MY DOWNLOADS PENDING BUT NOTHING HAPPENS. I EVEN CLICKED ON CHAT AND THATS VISIBLE,EVEN THE OPTIONS/SETTINGS BUT HOME JUST BLANK! WHAT IS WRONG AND WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX IT? IVE UNINSTALLED AND REINSTALLED THREE TIMES OR SO AND STILL THE SAME ISSUE,SO IM GUESSING ITS MY PC? I DONT KNOW? IVE EVEN DISABLED FIREWALL AND/OR ADDED SHAREAZA TO FIREWALL EXCEPTIONS! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE THIS OUT

LOL! IM NOT YELLING, IM LOOSING IT,LMAO! AND THE CAPS,WELL ITS JUST A HABIT OF MINE,PLUS I HAVE BAD EYE SIGHT SO CAPITALIZING HELPS ME,LOL! ok,hope this gets me some help! so does anyone know what could be the problem? i know it was working at first but then suddenly after a week when i opened shareaza i noticed everything bieng blank.the only thing i can think was the problem,was maybe my security system.i dont know! i have some experience in pc's but this has never happened b4.and during that week i remember my CA SECURITY SYSTEM scanning my pc ! so please,help this girl get bak on! im am at my witts end,lol thank you 4 your time!

thank you for your response! i had a hunch this whole time,and like i said b4 i know a bit about fixing my pc's problems,lol ,anywho like i said i had a hunch all this time that maybe it was my CA SECURITY SUITE. ive never used it and since it came with my pc for a free year,i went ahead and installed it! bad move sometimes not everything you get with pc bundles are a good idea to install. i went ahead and uninstalled the security suite and it worked! im so relieved,it wasnt anything serious!i just installed microsoft security instead,since that has never given me problems,but again thank you so much for helping and for your time. but all is good and taken care of,
