I can right click on the source and click Access. It connects to server, starts downloading for 5 seconds with maximum speed and then changes its state to Pending. Why?
When I initiate the download it should continue downloading.

I can right click on the source and click Access. It connects to server, starts downloading for 5 seconds with maximum speed and then changes its state to Pending. Why?
