slow downloads

so a few months ago i noticed the speed of my downloads drop, a movie that used to take a couple of days now takes a couple of weeks. i haven't changed anything on the computer and my shareaza connection test runs fine. only when i stop, clear and search does it seems to boost the speed for a couple of minutes then it sits as pending again.

any suggestions?

Has something changed in your internet setup? Do you upload enough data? (If your upload is too small, you might get slower downloads as a result.)


And the most important question: Do you pass the connection test?
