Slow Downloads

I just downloaded this program and am having some problems. The biggest 1 is when things are downloading, not always happening, the downloads are very, very slow. Maybe 5-10kb/s, but often in b/s. I've never seen b/s before. I checked the upload speed setting. It is set at 3mb/s. Also, any files that are not downloading do not move out of the way and let newer files try to connect. jkkp5f@gmail.com
