Share only to those who share?

I know with WinMX there was tools that would actively connect to each person who connected to you and
see how many files they had shared and you could even specify -- Only allow those who have 2000+ files over 5mb.
It worked wonderfully!
I want a utility that can do that for shareaza and i think it'll make it shine.
Just having trouble finding one. Can you recommend one?
