Do you pass the connection test? (See "Help" menu.)

I have also recently had problems connecting to G2. go to the hosts cache and see if there is anything under G2 cluster. If it is empty check if there is anything under G2 cache and if there is then choose a few at random and try to connect to them. Then go back to the G2 clusters and see if anything shows up there. if some show up then look for any that are not full and connect to them as well

Hey guys,
Thank you for responding so quickly. I too responded but for some reason mine did not get posted to the boards. Alas...
@old_death - I have availed myself of the connection test many time during this problem and I have passed always.
@cyko_01 - Re: G2 clusters I am currently showing 5 entires. Of those 2 show blanks for "CurUsers" while at the same time showing 3 failures apiece. The remaining 3 listings show as not full.
My G2 cache has hundreds of entries with about 20% showing no information but IP address, Failures and Country. The reaming 80% or so don't even show Failure with the exception of about 5 entires. Those 5 entries do have the additional data of CurUsers and MaxUsers. Is this the normal distribution for this information?
At any rate what really important to me is just being able to sign on and stay on to the G2 network. Any information towards that end is deeply appreciated.
Thank you.
