Downloading only one file at a time

I configured Shareaza to download only one file at a time, but I forgot how. When I go to [Shareaza Settings > Internet > Downloads > Number of Downloads > Maximum Files] I put "1" and it's still downloading more the one file. I restarted Shareaza after changing the setting just in case, it's still doing it. Am I missing something?

I don't think. And there is one but: if you are using BitTorreents files they are counted separeatelly, are not inluded in this "1".
