I'm only connected to 1 G1Ultrapeer, other neighbors are greyed out showing connecting. The System part of the Network tab shows initiating a neighbour connection to xx.xxx.xxx.xxx and then a timed out connecting line in red below the initiating line.

Edit: after a connection test, I realize that I'm behind a firewall...

I'll do some research and get back to this post.
