NAT on Verizon 4G Tether

I am using Verizon's 4G hotspot for my internet connection, and I was wondering if anybody knows of a way to bypass their NAT. I've enabled UPnP and it just gives me an error that says, "No UPnP devices found.". So, I'm guessing my phone's hardware does not support UPnP. Is there any other way around this so that I am not firewall-ed? Is there a software I can use to trick Shareaza?

What device are you talking about anyway? Shareaza on a Windows8 driven smart phone? Never heard about that combination, but it sounds promising.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Nexus on Verizon 4G. It is tethered to my PC by USB. I do not have Shareaza on the local phone.

So do I get this right, you're using your phone to get an internet connection and then forwarding it to your local PC via USB?
And BTW, UPnP for NATs is implemented in software, so you don't need hardware support for using it (AFAIK).
