disconnected networks

Hi everyone and happy christmas...

the Gnutella1 and 2 networks wont connect, can someone give me some help on how to reconnect them please

ive already tried the simple attempts:
* Shut it off and back on
* Disconnecting ALL the networks and reconnecting them
