Shareaza

I have a torrent that is a folder with many many files in it. I know how torrents work so that isnt my question. What I am wanting to know is this. How can I view the parts of the torrent that is already downloaded? I can right click the torrent and go to its properties and go to the files tab to display the files. Lets say one of these files was a dll file and its download was finished. How can I move that dll file from the torrent and into a folder? When I go into the incomplete folder for shareaza I only see the partical files I do not see the .dll or any other files. So my question again is how can I see those files? Do I have to really wait until the entire torrent is finished its download and moved over to my complete folder before I can view the completed files?
