Unknown Error

I received the following after running the connection test. I have tried the following: 1-disabled firewall to see if that was problem, no effect. 2-disabled malware protection, no effect. 3-changed ports, verified allowed on firewall, no effect. I also noticed odd IP addresses in the network monitor while trying to connect. There was a 0.0.0.0 with the port showing and a 169 EPIPA address. The network monitor continually shows time out errors.

Results

TCP:
There has been an unknown error while connecting to your IP. Please report this problem with a copy of the full detail log.

UDP:
No answer has been received from your client. This can have various reasons, like that your firewall or router isn't properly configured for Shareaza, or Shareaza is not running on this port, or not connecting to the networks.

At least one problem has been detected and you probably have to configure your firewall or router for Shareaza. If you need help with configuring your firewall or router, visit this page on the wiki: FAQ: Routers/Firewalls.

Have you tried logging on to your router and doing a manual port-forward?
