odd files in download folder

I have found some files in my download folder with keywords I've never used before in my searches. One of the files had a German file name and was locked when I tried to delete it. How is this possible? Did I have some sort of worm? Or is it possible for Shareaza to download files with keywords other than ones typed into search? Like maybe if the files had the same hash values but different file names when Shareaza searched for more sources?
