Possible Search BUG

I've been having an issue where I perform an initial search on the G2 network and it starts to query the hubs and leaves just fine. However, when I click stop and attempt to perform the same search or a different one, it will not query at all. To resolve this, I must exit the application all together. This happens every single time without exception. I am on Windows 7 and I connect to the internet through Verizon hotspot 4G.

I was assuming the problem had something to do with my connection, so I uninstalled Shareaza 2.7 and decided to install a very old version. I believe 2.3. I DID NOT experience this bug in the old version with my current connection settings and access. I was able to perform multiple searches in one session without any problem. Can somebody look into this??? I really love Shareaza but the all of the most recent versions give me this problem.

Search has a safety delay.

Can this be changed? I mean, I've waited for 10+ minutes before, and still nothing. Is this something that can be improved upon or is it just the way it is? Thanks for your reply!
