sorry english is not my first language.

Why is only some B/s coming in and over 400KB/s going out?

Modem is configured correctly, connection is good, settings of ED2K/HTTP/DC++ as set to maximum in, but...
I've had Shareaza on for days non-stop, so it's not that I'm online to shortly.

Anything we can't find or don't know?

So you do pass the connection test from the help menu?
Have you checked that the files you're trying to download have enough sources?
