Since a couple of weeks, whenever I am switching to the Serverlist, Banlist, etc. the list keeps refreshing every second, so that I am almost unable to use these features. I've recorded the issue in this video.

Does anyone know what to do to fix this?

Try 32-bit version.

BTW your video uses some unknown codec, I suggest to use Youtube instead.

Use 32-bit version. 64 is buggy. Look here.
Can't find the blinking movie which i have posted. Yes, it is blinking ( in 64-build )
