Hi Everyone - I hope someone out there can help

Up until 2 days ago everything was fine and I was getting good results and good download speeds. Nothing that I am aware of has changed and then 2 days ago Shareaza decided that it wast going to play ball.

Previously when searching for an item I'd get hundreds of results now it returns 30-40. I'm also stuck with an eDonkey LowID. Download speeds have dropped considerably also.

I've done the connectivity test and that has also changed from being OK to failing. Have I done something inadvertently or has there been a Microsoft update to Vista that's been sureptitiously installed?

Connection test the problem is around firewall or portforward. If you were High ID then I suppose you have done this procedure a time ago. I would suggest to just repeat it step by step. And most probably all other settings can be OK. Download last "Shareaza Instal Huide" by OldDeath to remind needed steps if you don;t remeber them clear. Do not forget to share it. When you will be able to pass connection test all should get back to normal.
Perhaps port has been changed or closed accidentally. Also an update could cause it. Dificult to say what exactly has happened. Try to find when it has happened and what had happened in your system just before that.

Thanks for your reply. I didn't get a chance to try your suggestion - I don't know what happened, but when I turned on my computer this evening everything was fine.
