Settings always changing

I don't know why but my port keeps changing and when I go to the settings the random box is checked. I uncheck the box and put in my port. I save it and exit. Automatically the settings revert to random and the port changes again. Can someone please tell me if i've been hacked or if I have a virus. Thanks.
