Now now, no need to jump to hasty conclusions. Plenty of software is distributed legitimately via filesharing -- not least of them Shareaza itself. At least one large game company (Blizzard) is known to use BitTorrent to distribute update patches.
We can also certainly give generic advice on how to install unspecified downloaded software.
Debra, a downloaded game would likely take the form of an executable file, possibly an installer. Find it and SCAN IT FOR VIRUSES with an up-to-date antivirus. Then if it's clean run it. If you get the game itself, you might want to move the file somewhere else to be its permanent home. If you get an installation thing, follow its instructions. One of Shareaza's menu options will open the save-directory of the files you download.
If the file name is somethingorother.app and has a generic-file icon, you got a Macintosh version that won't work on a Windows PC. If it has a typical Windows setup icon or something other than a generic-file icon it's probably a Windows executable.
