Removing Virus/Spam from Search Results

I've noticed that whenver I search for any term whatsoever, I get a whole BUNCH of obvious Spam/Virus results.
Search for "XXXXX" and you'll get a bunch of "XXXXX new", "rare XXXXXX", "Original version XXXXX", "Never Released XXXXX" and all of these will be .exe, .zip, or .rar files.
And large numbers of them will come from the same site.
It's obvious that there is a bot/process that just responds to any search request with some dummy results so they can send you some virus/spam.

How about a feature where I enter some garbage string like "XyzzyIsPutrid", and EVERY site that responds with a result gets added to my local block list?
(And of course, let me clear the list occasionally if I want to.)

Okay, I realized that I had used the all-in-one filter once before, but it seems to have disappeared with one of the updates.
So I tried again.
It helps, but only blocks 50-60% of the bad search results items.
Since the all-in-one list is relatively static, and the spammers are constantly changing their combinations of fake/bad terms, the filter is only marginally effective.

What I was suggesting would be a fairly quick way of creating filters for the latest batch of spam results.
Just search for some random string "xy4qbblbjrkad" and ANY peer that responds is obviously a spammer, so add them to the block list, possibly with a configurable expiration date.
That way I could just run the "find spammers" function every week or two, and my security list would be much more up to date.

What happened to the "ban user" in the context menu. I remember doing just what is being asked for years already. Whenever I did a search and got bogus results I did "ban user" on them and then edited the resulting rule to be permanent and for a bigger subnet. Got rid of lots of spam.
