Shareaza and Limiting Torrent Upload Bandwidth

Which version of Shareaza allows you to Limit the Upload Bandwidth? As of now I haven't been able to limit the upload speed using version 2.3.0. I'm not able to view web pages too well when I run Shareaza, as most of the bandwidth is being used when I download and seed torrents. Does anyone know how to adjust the upload speed of torrents? Or which version will allow me to control it?

Use the latest version (2.5.0.0 or 2.5.0.1 rXXXX builds) and set up your connection settings correctly (do several tests on http://speedtest.net ), then no problems should occur.
