incomplete torrents no longer included in downloads in 2.5

Today I installed 2.5 over my previous version (2.4). When I did this, all of my incomplete bittorrent downloads vanished from shareaza, but their incomplete (partial) files are still in my incomplete folder on my hard drive. Seems like the original torrent files were deleted at some point. Is there a way to resume these bittorrent downloads from where they left off using just the incomplete downloads contained in the incomplete folder?

As I said, the original .torrent files were apparently deleted at some point (either by me or someone else accidentally). My actual version number is 2.5.1.0 (Sorry didn't specify that before)
I'm looking to try resuming the downloads using just the partial files located in the incomplete folder.
If this doesn't work, that means I will have to find them and download them all over again from scratch... one of them is over 60GB in size and I've been downloading it for months, and don't want to lose that progress.

Sorry, but this is ridiculous. Install version 2.4 and finish all downloads. Or use version 2.4 to create magnet links from all of your downloads, then install 2.5, start downloading using saved magnets, than import data to from old partials to new one by one.

I know that to downgrade back to 2.4 I would have to uninstall the current version. Won't I lose everything else if I do that? (Like settings, all current downloads, etc) Kinda defeats the purpose when all the incomplete downloads aren't in the list anymore doesn't it? I ask this cuz now that the incomplete downloads have been removed from the list and won't resume, why would they be there if I uninstalled, and then installed my old version? (If I remember correctly, uninstalling software changes or removes the registry keys associated with it back to their original default settings)

updated versions of shareaza should remember partial torrents even if the .torrent files have been removed from the computer as long as the partials still remain in the incomplete folder, and the previous version had it included in the downloads list.

Just find the .torrent again on the web or wherever, download and launch it, and then "merge with partial file and reverify".
