Download Complete-Can't Move

Shareaza Say's that my Download is Complete but it Can't Move the file to the download folder, I right click several times to resume it still said cant move.
I closed shareaza and restarted and my download was gone, I thought ok it done and in my download folder, its not. Its still in my incomplete folder.
