Hello,

Today I download shareaza, becouse I need a download manager, witch have web GUI.
I like it for the first time, but I have a problem with it:
I can't download files from rapidshare, aldought I have a premium account, and the cookie is set in my machine.

On the same machine I can download files fomr rapidshare with no promlem with Orbit downloadare, even from browser, or from direct link.

With shareaze, only get a small file (a few kbyte), but not the file I want.

How can I solve this problem?

Thanks for help, and Happy New Year!

It is no secret that most of the content on rapidshare is copyrighted. The shareaza community does not promote or condone illegal activities! Discussion of such activities is prohibited on these forums as per the forum rules (they are not just a formality).
---------------------------------------------------------------------
However....we will give you the benefit of a doubt that you are using it for legitimate purposes (such as downloading something one of your friends created and uploaded).

The reason shareaza cannot download from rapidshare is because it does not have access to those cookies. Shareaza simply retrieves a file from a specified URL. If you can find a direct download link you may be able to use that to get the file. the file you are downloading is probably the webpage or script that starts the download.

It is no secret that most of the content on Gnutella/Gnutella2 networks is copyrighted. The shareaza community does not promote or condone illegal activities! Discussion of such activities is prohibited on these forums as per the forum rules (they are not just a formality). So don\t atalk about Shareaza.

P.S. Most content on Rapidshare is downloaded from P2P.
P.P.S. Shareaza is not "Download Manager" !!!

If Shareaza is "Download Manager" than it is very awful download manager - no multi-thread HTTP/FTP downloading, it can't even normally download big file via HTTP/FTP without user interference :( So better don`t call Shareaza "Download Manager" :)
