Shareaza

Hi there,
if just installed shareaza 2.5.1.0 on my XP machine and right after that all my videos look blurry on wmp 11 and zoomplayer. Can anyone give me a clue where to find help, please. A link to a topic would be sufficant. I just don`t know what to look for.

shareaza does not modify the video files, it just downloads and plays [some of] them. I doubt shareaza is the cause of your problems. If you like you can reinstall shareaza's old media player.

Blurriness would probably be caused by bad rescaling. This can be done in either the video codec, a separate resize/rescale filter, or the player. Since all you told are two media players I have no experience with, I can't really help you. If you can find a support forum for a media player, people there will probably know better. You could try VLC, it bypasses most filters and uses its own codecs for most things and should be fine.

Hi and thank you very much. It seems my problem is solved. My videos look normal again after I did a reset on HP2229 flatpanel.
So it seems like it was no software but a hardware related problem.
