I lost all my files under transfer downloads

Hi
I lost all my files under transfer downloads but they are still in incomplete folder on my hard disk as partial and sd files. Any idea how to get them back to transfer?
I am using 2.5.1.0

click the filter button in the bottom-right corner and make sure that "show all" is selected. It is possible that they are there but they are hidden from view.
