Can't get the REMOTE screen from other PCs in the network

I think I tried everything before posting this request for help.
I have installed (now for a couple of months) shareaza in my "test" PC, before installing it in the multimedia PC (MMPC).
Today I have in the MMPC bittorrent and emule both working with remote control with no problem. The target it to replace them with Shareaza allowing a unique bandwidth control, and adding remote http file download capabilities as well.
I have configured the router (wrt54gs) for separate port forwarding for MMPC and the TEST PC, having both PCs with Fixed internal IP addresses.
I use a standard installation of shareaza (port 6346) and had enabled the remote capabilities and opened the ports (not only in the router as mentioned before) but also in my firewall for both TCP and UDP.
If I do a remote command in the LOCAL PC 127.0.0.1:6346 IT WORKS and everything is OK.
The problem is that I was not able to replicate the remote login screen from any other PC in my home network by replacing the local host address by the fixed TEST PC IP (http://192.168.1.52:6346 or http://192.168.1.52:6346/remote/)
Can anyone help me on what I might be missing or messing up?
Thanks,
