Can't download any file.

I cannot complete a download of any kind from Shareaza 0.4 or 5.0, This is the message I get from Shareaza;

1. A required directory is non-writable.
2. A network drive may have been disconnected.
3. May not have permission to a selected directory.
4. Change temporary file location.

I have no technical experience the above mean nothing to me.

Please Help.
