weird dl speeds

I`m getting really weird downloading speed. the file was downloading at 2. something KB and the in the low corner it showed over 16 KB. i hadnt started any searches or anything so i´m worried. last time this happened it was with the fake shareaza.

I think Shareaza was turned to Hub Mode at that moment...

Which Windows version & Shareaza version do you use?

i´ve got the newest Shareaza and windows 7. i noticed that it´s both in and out that are really high. i counted it should be 5KN and the bottom shows 15KB. dont really know what hub mode is

HUB Mode:
You must get a message at the bottom of the window of Shareaza like "Hub Mode, with 8 neighbours":


Optimal Mode: (standard setting in Shareaza ):
You must get a message at the bottom of the window of Shareaza like "Connected with 7 hosts":

it slows down my internet. i cant getr anywhere on my browser when it does that hub mode. can i turn it off? now i just have to close the whole program.
